Hi All,

I did some adjustments to the template and did the cockpit floor template and were it should sit on the hull. I thought the cockpit might not be wide enough but I did a quick test using paper and made a tube out of it and it looked like it was a perfect size.

Cheers Shawn and after a member pointed it out the Falcon's length is to short I have to add another 2-3 feet to it which. I forgot to add the ramp section template in the middle which I'm doing at the moment so it will be the correct length.

Hi all,

I re-did the length of the Falcon thanks to Jason over at the FB SW Bandai page,  It should be around 9.5 feet for 1/12 figures mine first attempt was 5.6 feet and now it's 7.9 feet which I'm happy with .

I decided to keep it at 7.9 as I really don't want to spend to much on materials but use what I have in my parts and bits boxes.

Hey Shawn, thanks mate and so was I, I'm glad John pointed it out and when he did I knew exactly what I did wrong and fixed it up straight away and the good thing is I still have enough foam board to build the frame.

The only thing that I can't decide on is do I do a dio from Death Star EP IV or Hanger 94 EP IV.

  That's gonna be huge! That is a tough choice between Death Star Hangar, and Docking bay 94. Either way it'll be way cool.

Death Star and HB94 event the Hoth base would be great and your awesome on those type of dios but what about a place you havent made yet, bespin landing platform with skyscrapers in the back ground

I did think about Hoth but it's getting the figures to do the rebels together in time to make them for the show as it's only 10 weeks away and I have another 5 dios I want to make before it.

Bespin would be very cool as well but a back ground won't work as the Falcon will only be the front half and a back ground won't look right as the perspective will look all wrong. But thank heaps on the ideas thou as I can use one of them with the 1/144 Bandai Falcon I have.
