That Rey Dio looks fantastic and I can't wait to see how that Shuttle Dio turns out.

Hi All,

Last update for the night.

As you can see I have the newspaper ready to be covered with plaster cloth which will happen tomorrow and then finish the hull.

Bob is showing the size of the actually hull section and also the height form the ground to the hull.

  The repaint on rey looks really great! As does the weathering on bb8. A good re paint makes a world of difference  on those hasbro 6 inch figures.

Rey looks fantastic! (And BB-8 looks great too). Beautiful job on the paint applications.

I'm really excited about the shuttle project. It's looking great so far. I can't wait to see the final product.

Wow Ron, that is gonna be pretty daggone impressive and huge when done! Hard to believe thats a six inch trooper in there. Off to share.

Hi All,

Got some work done on the shuttle and cliff today.

I finally got the repelling machine done painted and started weathering the shuttle. The cliff has had plaster cloth used to cover the newspaper and then I used more plaster cloth to give the cliff a more realistic look.

I let the plaster cloth dry for 24 hrs the used a mix of spakfilla 50/sand 40/beige brown 10 and then covered the plaster cloth.

  Your ground work is always spectacular, but im always impressed by your interior detail work. Only imperial stormtroopers are so precise. Sorry i just watched star wars ill be quoting it all day. Lol.
