Hi All,

The wife got me four Bandai Shoretrooper kits for my bday and I decided to start on them. The first one is articulated and will be a Captain, I painted the colours instead of using the decals and painted the paints and boots as well.

The only decals I did use was the one on the helmet and the one on his chest plate just below the blue section on his left side. All I need to do now is weather him and make a base for him.

Hi All,

Recipe

Trooper - is from Bandai and was built straight out of the box and it was painted and weathered using Vallejo paints and pastel chalks.

Base - is two stands that come with the Bandai figures and I used balsa wood for the edges. The concrete was done using thin cardboard from and cereal box and it was lightly sanded and then painted and weathered.

The equipment was made using plumbers PVC screw connections and lids from yogurt squeeze tubes and fabric softer bottle lid. The rest of the materials were done using different types of plastic card and tubes.
