Over 70 masterpiece projects, plus 2 more to be done in 4 days...your thread of 103 pages with almost 85,000 views, over 1,500 replies...Ron, if that's not insane, I am Anakin's father...

The people on the Con will go crazy! And I don't mean they will do so because of Jeremy Bulloch!

Man, you make all these masterpieces as if it was your daily job - I feel like a snail compared to your speed of Star Wars Custom awesomeness!

Wow Ron. I knew it was a lot, but not that many, and such outstanding quality too. You are gonna be one rich dude after the convention is over. Off to share the latest.

Thanks heaps buddy and I hope they do go crazy for them as well, it sought of is my daily job now as I was semi retired but now I'm fully retired due to my injury from the Army. The injury isn't great but doing this all the time is. I didn't even realize it was that many views and that many replies that means a lot so thank you and thanks to everyone else I really appreciate it.

Wow Ron. I knew it was a lot, but not that many, and such outstanding quality too. You are gonna be one rich dude after the convention is over. Off to share the latest.

Cheers Shawn and I hope so mate and if it's any indication from last years I had 60 dio/figures for sale and sold 55 of them and the 5 that didn't sell weren't SW so that is why I have built way more SW dios/figures this time. I have 66 SW and 4 others so I should do very well fingers crossed.

Hi All,

Completed this one this morning.

I can't take credit for the paint scheme on this one I have to thank Herman Guerrero from the Bandai Star Wars FB page for that. When I saw that he did this paint scheme to his I had to do one, cheers Herman for the inpsiration.

Recipe

Trooper - is the death trooper from Bandai and it was painted and weathered using Vallejo paints and pastel chalks.

Base - is just a generic base that I have kept and it was made using foam and straws for the pipes. The wall and sand were done using spakfilla.

Ron

Cool! I must say, I like the white armor a little better than the black. It's different, but familiar. Great dio too.

Cheers JD and being white it really picks up the detail in the armour as well.

I agree. The Death Trooper looks a little bit better with the white armor.
Excellent figure and dio.

Hi All,

I didn't know where to put this so I thought I'll just put it in here.

Well another year has come and gone for our local Con which is called Magenticon here in Townsville Australia. I had a few old pieces I put up for sale plus all the others I have done over the last 5 months, I also had the great pleasure to meet Boba Fett himself Jeremy Bulloch and what a great honour it was.

Jeremy is such an amazing person and he was more then happy to chat for ages , I was especially honoured when he excepted a Boba Fett dio I built which I gave him as a gift for coming all the way out to Australia.

He was stoked with the gift and said I had an amazing talent which blew me away.

Ron, what a great experience to share and remember!

There they're all together! I'm sure your table was one of the Con's highlights without having been there! Have you sold all of them this year?

I am glad you got to meet Jeremy and he was certainly right on your talent! What a great gift to him!
Did he give you an autograph, too?
